Ideal for caravans this 5 litre water boiler supplies hot water in a compact way. The water is heated by the hot air generated from the vehicles heating ducting (but also has an additional heater element).

This popular product was designed for the larger vehicle where space is at a premium. It uses the warm air from the blown air installation to convect warmth into the water. In addition it has a 300w electric heating element (230v) to enable the water to be heated using site electricity. If no blown air system exists, the Therme can also be installed on its own as an electric only water heater.

The Truma-Therme can heat 5 litres of water in a short time (approx. 50 min.) using the hot air from your heating system or using the 230 V / 300 W heating element.

Switches the pump on or off by detecting the change in pressure in the water system.

Fitted in-line, the Whale Pressure Switch provides a simple and convenient way of creating a pressure system with an electric pump that does not have its own switch. The Pressure Switch is normally fitted close to the pump on discharge side (before any in-line Y piece). The Pressure Switch detects the opening and closing of any tap in the system. An in-line filter is recommeded on the inlet side to prevent dirt from entering the pump or switch.

What it does:

The Whale in-line Pressure Switch features a built in non-return valve and adjustable setting screw to allow the system to be fine-tuned to compensate for drops in battery voltage. The switchs setting knob is used to adjust the cut-out pressure within the range of 5 to 25 psi (0.4 to 1.7 bar). Regardless of the cut-out pressure, teh differential between cut-out and cut-in is fixed at approximately 3 p.s.i (0.2 bar).The Whale pressure Switch is recommended for simple pressure systems.

When fitted in line on the suction side of the pump, Whale non-return valves will ensure maintenance of prime, particularly if pump valves are weak. Particularly useful with electric pumps and worth fitting as close to water tank as possible. Available with plastic or chromed brass body the latter is recommended where hose clips have to be made very tight. The plastic non-return valve incorporates a specially moulded base to prevent it being sucked flat to the base of a water tank when used in the end of a supply hose.
